CP022 - Provision of Construction Plant and Equipment - Wet Hire

Summary and scope

OVERVIEW Fraser Coast Regional Council (FCRC) is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for establishment of a Register of Pre-Qualified Supplier’s (Panel Arrangement) to achieve the supply and services of Construction Plant and Equipment (Wet Hire) for FCRC operational requirements. The services will be divided into four (4) geographical area approximating Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Maryborough West, and Tiaro. The Tender will be in Separable portions/categories with different Rating Criteria due to the requirements of specialised equipment for Waste Services Operations. Tenderers may tender for any one or more of the geographic areas and or Categories and will be considered equally with Tenderers who have the ability to service the entire region and or both Categories. At FCRC's discretion, FCRC may award part or the whole of the Contract to a single Supplier or to a panel of Suppliers. FCRC makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products and or services from the selected suppliers. The Provision of Mowing and Slashing services are out of scope for this panel arrangement; FCRC will not accept pricing for any Mowing/Slashing equipment or Services for this Tender as we currently have these services covered under the CTDC020 – 22/23 – Provision of Mowing and Slashing Services for FCRC Panel Arrangement.
