Summary and scope

Queensland Health is seeking an integrated risk and insurance solutions firm to deliver a comprehensive program of work supporting Hospital and Health Board members across the state. The successful offeror will be responsible for identifying and analysing governance-related risks, developing tailored insurance strategies, and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making. While the offeror must be capable of implementing any recommended insurance strategies, implementation is not within the scope of this EOI process. This engagement must be managed as a structured project, with clearly defined governance arrangements, milestone tracking, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with Queensland Health’s strategic objectives.
