Summary and scope

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from appropriately licenced contractors for TOWNSVILLE COURT HOUSE, 31 WALKER STREET, TOWNSVILLE QLD 4810 to Design & Construct of Law Courts Expansion MANDATORY SITE VISIT scheduled for 22 October 2025. Failure to attend site visit will result in offer being considered alternative. Full details contained within tender documents. All tenderers must hold a QBCC Licence for either - Low, Medium or Open Building Categories to be eligible. Pricing 60%, Non Price Criteria 40% (Local Benefits, Methodology & Program, Key Personnel & Consultancy Team) Contract Timeframes: Commencement: within 2 weeks from letter of acceptance. Completion: within 10 months from letter of acceptance This is a PQC project. Where a PQC requirement is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System.
