Summary and scope
Hinchinbrook Shire Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified respondents for the provision of CCTV stormwater drainage inspection and condition assessment services across Forrest Beach, Taylors Beach, Lucinda and the Ingham Township. The purpose of this engagement is to identify stormwater drainage assets damaged during the North and Far North Queensland Tropical Low and associated flooding event of 29 January – 28 February 2025, and to obtain accurate, current condition ratings and digital inspection information. The information collected will enable Council to prioritise flood recovery works, plan appropriate treatments, and update its asset management systems. Described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.
