ITT2439 Sale of Removable Building Assets

Summary and scope

Sunshine Coast Council offers for sale and subsequent relocation, multiple building assets which are located across the region. The sale comprises building assets only, no inclusion of land, and must be relocated as part of the Asset Sale Agreement. The building assets consist of a mix of dwelling styles including low and high set houses and holiday cabins. A total of twelve building assets are offered for sale: 1. Lot 29 The Esplanade, Coochin Creek (Residential Dwelling) 2. 842-910 Yandina Coolum Road, Yandina Creek (Residential Dwelling) 3. 842-910 Yandina Coolum Road, Yandina Creek (Workers Cottage) 4. 842-910 Yandina Coolum Road, Yandina Creek (Large Shed) 5. 842-910 Yandina Coolum Road, Yandina Creek (Small Shed) 6. 328 River Road, Maroochy River (Residential Dwelling) 7. Maroochydore Holiday Park (Cabins x 6) Respondents must satisfy themselves that they can adhere to all conditions of the draft Asset Sale Agreement. Respondents can tender for one or more building asset. A Property Fact Sheet is provided for each building asset. All dwellings will be available for inspection as per the details set out below in Schedule 2 (Note: Please refer to Notice to Respondents One in relation to changes to site inspection details). It is recommended that potential Respondents attend to familiarise themselves with the assets and site conditions.
