This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope entails the design and construction of a new covered walkway, and the roof repairs to 3 blocks at the 10-12 Campus. The repair works includes removing skylights and general repairs/replacement of roof sheeting, flashings and barges. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant statutory approvals. The contractor must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines. Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: • QBCC Licence • Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract) • Public Liability Insurance • WorkCover Insurance Submission closes on the Friday the 7th of November 2025 @ 3pm via email to tenders@edgepm.com.au
