ITT258 Upgrade to Intersection of Beerburrum and Cooroy Streets, Dicky Beach

Summary and scope

Tenders are invited for an intersection upgrade to the Beerburrum Street and Cooroy Street intersection at Dicky Beach. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to: • Vegetation clearing in accordance with project plans • Extensions to existing drainage network • Concrete footpath • Concrete islands • Kerb & channel • Road pavement reconstruction and widening • Road resurfacing • Installations of road furniture and line marking • Traffic signals including CCTV cameras • Street lighting • Coordination of service relocations works. Works are to be carried out in a manner that will minimise impact to local traffic movements and businesses. All works will be awarded to one Principal Contractor. The successful Respondent will be required to provide all materials, plant and labour necessary to complete all required works in accordance with the issued design and associated documents. This is a lump sum contract with an anticipated Functional Completion date of 30 June 2026. Council will not be conducting a Site Information Session. Respondents are encouraged to visit the Site to familiarise themselves with job requirements prior to submitting a Tender.
