Racing Queensland (RQ) is seeking offers from suitably experienced Suppliers for the refurbishment of horse stables at Cairns Jockey Club The successful Tenderer will be engaged via an RQ Works Agreement to complete the works. The following documentation is available to be downloaded via VendorPanel (VP483375): • This Invitation Letter; • Specification (Scope of Works) Document; • Appendix A (Drawing) Documents • RFT with Non-Price Response Schedule (returnable); • Price Response Schedule (returnable); • RQ’s Works Agreement; • RQ Conditions of Tendering; • Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct; • Supplier Code of Conduct Declaration Form (returnable); • Conflict of Interest Declaration (returnable); and Offers may only be submitted electronically through VendorPanel, no later than 2p.m. QLD(AEST) on Friday 14th November 2025.
