Summary and scope

Livingstone Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil construction contractors for the delivery of Stage 4 of the Gateway Business and Industry Park, located in Yeppoon, Qld. This project presents a significant opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of a strategically important industrial precinct that supports economic growth across the Capricorn Coast and broader region. The scope of works includes the construction and servicing of 11 industrial allotments, comprising: • Roadworks, earthworks, kerb and channel, pavements, and concrete infrastructure; • Stormwater drainage including pipelines, culverts, subsoil drains, and swales; • Electrical conduits and street lighting foundations; • Sewer, rising main, and water supply reticulation; • Erosion control and landscaping measures. Stage 4 builds on the successful delivery of earlier stages and forms part of Council’s long-term strategy to activate industrial land, enhance infrastructure capacity, and attract investment to this rapidly growing economic hub.
