Renewal of Shooting Line and Installation of All-abilities Accessible Footpath – Hobart Archers Club

Summary and scope

Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified contractors to undertake renewal of the makeshift shooting lines at the Hobart Archers Club (195 Roaches Beach Road, Lauderdale) with a concrete all-abilities shooting line. This will also include a concrete all-abilities footpath from the carpark to the shooting line via the clubrooms and with two designated disability parking spaces. For clarification of the Works, a pre-Quotation site meeting is scheduled 10:00am, Monday 27 October 2025 on-site at Hobart Archers Club (195 Roaches Beach Road, Lauderdale). Because of the nature of the work (explanation of work), attendance at this meeting by the Respondent is mandatory. Respondents who have not complied with this requirement shall not be considered. Those intending to attend this meeting are requested to inform the contact person nominated on the front cover of this Quotation Document prior to the meeting. 3pm, Wednesday 12 November 2025 LATE QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
