The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Various Maintenance Works required to the Amenities Buildings at Crestmead State School, located at 27-61 Augusta Street, Crestmead QLD 4132, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program. The scope comprises works to Amenities Buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4 with works requiring staging to ensure only one building is out of operation at any given time. Works are generally internal & external painting, new metal work screens, some epoxy flooring to selected areas. Contractor is required to undertake full design responsibility for this project. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1m Submissions close on 07/11/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
