Engineering and Surveying Services Panel Contract

Summary and scope

Muswellbrook Shire Council is seeking qualified and experienced engineering and surveying firms to provide services under a panel contract for both engineering consulting services and surveying and minor civil design services. The selected consultants will support the Council in the design, review, and management of public infrastructure projects, including water, sewerage, and drainage systems, as well as roads, shared pathways, and traffic management plans. Additionally, the firms will be responsible for preparing urban catchment management and flood studies, developing strategies for public infrastructure delivery, and supporting asset management and development assessment processes. The surveying consultants will provide cadastral, topographic, and engineering surveys, along with minor civil designs, reinstatement of survey marks, and lot boundary adjustments. The contract will be for an initial term of two years starting from January 2026, with the option of a one-year extension.
