Head Contractor - Isis District SHS – Tuckshop Refurbishment (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Refurbishment at Isis District SHS, located at 3 Ridgway Street, Childers QLD 4660, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program. The project consists of an extension to the existing tuckshop and a complete internal refurbishment to the tuckshop. Included in the scope of works is also a container café located adjacent to the tuckshop. The position of the building is in the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by February 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 14/11/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
