The project scope entails a complete internal and external painting of three heritage-listed buildings, along with minor building repairs and decanting of all classrooms and staff rooms. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines, including the Conservation Management Plan. Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: • QBCC Licence • Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract) • Public Liability Insurance • WorkCover Insurance Submission closes on the Friday 7th of November 2025 @ 3pm via email to tenders@edgepm.com.au Site visit details: Tuesday 28 October 2025 at 7:30 am. Site inspection is mandatory.
