Please request the tender documents by emailing Jace Hogendoorn at Edge PM on jace@edgepm.com.au The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of the Male and Female Amenities Refurbishment at Mitchelton State High School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope entails a complete refurbishment of the male and female amenities which includes, but not limited to, removal of the existing services, fixtures and finishes and installation of new flooring, partitions, toilets, hand wash troughs, lighting & mechanical exhaust, perforated screening doors & windows. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant statutory approvals. The contractor must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines. Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: • QBCC Licence • Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract) • Public Liability Insurance • WorkCover Insurance Submission closes on the Friday 14th of November 2025 @ 3pm via email to tenders@edgepm.com.au Site visit details: Thursday 30 October 2025 at 3pm
