Summary and scope

Livingstone Shire Council requires appropriately qualified and experienced companies to tender for the services listed. The contract is for the establishment of a Preferred Supplier Arrangement for the Provision of Consultancy Services to support discrete projects managed by Blueprint Livingstone. Consultants will provide key personnel with required skills to be incorporated as team members of various Blueprint Livingstone projects. The Blueprint Livingstone project is a strategic initiative of Livingstone Shire Council designed to: • Deliver iconic, future-focused once in a generation type projects that give meaningful effect to Council’s vision of “a prosperous region for families, business and future generations.” • Accelerate regional growth through coordinated planning and development aligned to Council’s newly articulated strategic direction. • Operate outside traditional departmental structures to enable agile decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative delivery models. • Mobilise resources flexibly through targeted secondments and external expertise, rather than permanent staffing, to bring high-impact projects to life. • Maintain sharp strategic focus and uphold best-practice governance standards expected of a local government authority.
