Summary and scope
Council Project Overview – St Vincents Road Upgrade: Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified contractors with proven experience in civil infrastructure works to undertake the upgrade of St Vincents Road, between Gore Street and Bob Campbell Oval in Greenwich. These works are to be carried out in accordance with the project specifications, detailed design plans, relevant Council Standards, and applicable Australian Standards. Scope of Works: - Construction of a new shared user path (SUP) - Road upgrades to accommodate the SUP and provide marked on-street parking - Upgrades to stormwater infrastructure, including installation of new pipes and pits - All associated minor civil works required for full project completion Bill of Quantities (BOQ): The attached Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provides item descriptions along with their respective units of measurement. The Quantity column has been deliberately left blank for the contractor to complete based on the supplied detailed design plans. It is the contractor’s responsibility to carefully review the design drawings and accurately determine and enter the required quantities for each item. If the contractor determines that any item in the BOQ is not required, the corresponding quantity field may be left blank or marked as “0”. Alternatively, if the contractor identifies any essential work items that are not included in the BOQ, these must be listed under "SCHEDULE H – Any Other Unaccounted Miscellaneous Works." Contractors may include pricing based on quotes from subcontractors, provided these subcontractors will be engaged under the contractor’s role as Principal Contractor. Project Timeline: Works are scheduled to commence in mid to late January 2026, with project completion targeted for mid-June 2026.
