Please request the tender documents by emailing Jace Hogendoorn at Edge PM on jace@edgepm.com.au The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of an OLA Upgrade at Milpera State High School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope entails an upgrade of two existing OLA’s: • Zone A: Supply and install new sandstone seating around the existing vegetation and 2x outdoor table tennis on top of concrete slab and synthetic turf floor finish. • Zone B: remove existing pavers and install a combination of compacted granite and synthetic turf to create pathways and seating. Remove existing timber sleeper garden bed walls and reinstate garden bed with new sleepers. • Repaint existing concrete underneath covered structure (adjacent to Zone B). The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines.
