Summary and scope
Contract No. T26011 – Depot Air Conditioning Upgrade The Council is seeking the Services of a suitably qualified Registered Commercial Builder to undertake Design and Construction of the Air Conditioning upgrade at Depot Office as outlined in the specifications and drawings. An optional Tender Briefing will be held on site on Thursday 30 October. Please refer to Part A of the RFT documents for more information. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
