This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope entails the provision of equitable access to amenities in Block R by modifying and expanding the amenities, and to provide covered links to some buildings. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant statutory approvals. The contractor must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines. Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: • QBCC Licence • Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract) • Public Liability Insurance • WorkCover Insurance Submission closes on the Tuesday 18th of November 2025 @ 3pm via email to tenders@edgepm.com.au Site visit Details: Friday 31 October 2025 at 8am
