The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Multi-Purpose Court at Nashville SS, located at Cnr Douglas & Baskerville Sts, Brighton , Qld, AU, 4017, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program. The scope includes demolition of the existing court and design, supply and installation of new compliant concrete multi-Purpose court, including retaining wall, fence, court surface and linemarkings. The position of the building is at the front of the school with adequate site access and working space. All works are to be completed by February 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 18/11/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
