The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Refurbishment at Morayfield East SS, located at 107 Graham Road, Morayfield QLD 4506, as part of the Direct (DIRECT) program. The Tuckshop refurbishment includes an internal refurbishment of the tuckshop including new FFE, floor finishes, electrical, equipment and shelving. The position of the tuckshop is in the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2025. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 21/11/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
