Kelso State School, 23-45 Yvette St, Kelso QLD 4815 • New cold room and associated structure, electrical and mechanical works as required • New Grease trap and associated hydraulic works • Demolition, painting and make good to existing areas disturbed by new cold room works. William Ross State High School, 66 Mervyn Crossman Drv, Annandale QLD 4814 • New cold room & new freezer room and associated structure, electrical and mechanical works as required • New dry storage cupboard and associated works • Electrical upgrade to accommodate the new cold room and freezer room works • New Grease trap and associated hydraulic works • Demolition, painting and make good to existing areas disturbed by new cold room & freezer room works. • New floor coverings to make good to existing areas where disturbed, adjacent to new works (to match existing) Site visit: Time to be confirmed and advised by email.
