The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an Outdoor learning area (OLA) and upgrade to the school Parade Area at Mansfield SHS, located at Cnr Broadwater Road & Ham Rd, Mansfield QLD 4122, as part of the Smart School Subsidy (SSS) program. The works include constructing a new terraced OLA on an existing school bank and upgrading a large asphalt parade area to concrete. The site has restricted access and some critical works must be completed over the school holidays. All works are to be completed by March 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Submissions close on 18/11/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
