RFT: Cloncurry & District Race Club - Jockey & Steward Room Upgrade

Summary and scope

Racing Queensland (RQ) is seeking offers from suitably experienced Suppliers for the Design and Construction of a new Jockey and Steward Facility at Cloncurry & District Race Club in Cloncurry. The successful Tenderer will be engaged via RQ’s Design and Works Agreement to complete the works. The following documentation is available to be downloaded via VendorPanel (VP486314): • This Invitation Letter; • Specification (Scope of Works) Document; • Appendices • RFT with Non-Price Response Schedule (returnable); • Price Response Schedule (returnable); • RQs Design and Works Agreement – Tender Version; • RQ Conditions of Tendering; • Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct; • Supplier Code of Conduct Declaration Form (returnable); and • Conflict of Interest Declaration (returnable); Offers may only be submitted electronically through VendorPanel, no later than 2:00PM QLD time(AEST) on Friday 05/12/2025. The closing time and date nominated in this Request For Tender is the latest time by which a submission must be logged. Late submissions may NOT be accepted. Optional Site Meeting: An optional site meeting may be arranged subject to the level of interest received from tenderers. Tenderers who wish to attend are requested to indicate their interest via email to Procurement@racingqueensland.com.au by 17th November 2025. If sufficient interest is received, a site meeting will be scheduled, and the details (date, time, and location) will be advised via email to all interested tenderers.
