Yarraville 6 Redevelopment - Advance Tender Notice and Registration of Interest - Stage 1A

Summary and scope

Port of Melbourne (PoM) is preparing to invite suitably experienced and accredited contractors to participate in a multi-stage procurement process for the redevelopment of PoM’s Yarraville 6 wharf. This Advance Tender Notice is designed to inform interested parties of the procurement process. Stage 1A – Project Briefing Participants are invited to attend a Project Briefing which will be available on Microsoft Teams. Attendance is optional but recommended. PoM will provide a briefing on the project, its status and the procurement method and timeline. Any questions are asked to be provided in writing to marty.kannambra@portofmelbourne.com. Responses to questions are at PoM’s discretion. The Project Briefing will take place at 14:30pm (AEDT) on Monday 8th December 2025. The Project Briefing will be attended by representatives of PoM and our advisors including our Probity Advisor, Procure Group. To obtain the Microsoft Teams meeting ID and passcode, interested participants are required to respond to this notice on VendorPanel by providing up to three (3) individual email addresses by no later than 12:00pm on Friday 5th December 2025. PoM will then send out invitations to participate in the Project Briefing.
