CP021 - Provision of Dry Hire of Plant and Equipment

Summary and scope

OVERVIEW Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the establishment of a Register of Pre-Qualified Supplier’s (Panel Arrangement) to achieve the supply of Plant and Equipment (Dry Hire) for Fraser Coast Regional Councils (FCRC) operational requirements. The services will be divided into four (4) geographical area approximating Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Maryborough West, and Tiaro. The Tender will be in Separable portions/categories with a different Rating Criteria due to the requirements of specialised equipment for Waste Services operations. Tenderers in their response may tender for any one or more of the geographic areas and or Separable portions/categories and will be considered equally with Tenderers who have the ability to service the entire region and or all of the Separable portion/categories. At Council’s discretion, Council may award part or the whole of the Contract to a single Supplier or to a panel of Suppliers. Council makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products and or services from the selected suppliers.
