Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of three Roof Replacements at Mount Gravatt SS, located at 1263 State Route 95, Mount Gravatt QLD 4122, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program. The existing buildings, Block A, B and C are all 2 levels which require roof replacements. Block A is the only one which requires re-pitching and the other two roofs are roof replacements only. The position of the buildings are throughout the site and can be accessed from the front or the back of the school. All works are to be completed before Term 1 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: ? Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works ? Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00 ? Have certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 14/11/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
