The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Hall Floor Structural Rectification Works at Mabel Park State High School, located at 72/116 Paradise Road, Slacks Creek QLD 4127, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program (TMP). The scope comprises structural remediation works to the existing slab in the Hall Building and a “Face Lift” of the sports floor. Works are to be staged with Stage 1 Structural Works to be complete in April 2026 school Holidays and Stage 2 Facelift to be complete in June/July 2026 School Holidays. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 Submissions close on 04/12/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
