Summary and scope
• The purpose of the project is to procure and install high-quality play equipment (preferably nature based) within the budget allocation of $80,000, enhancing recreational opportunities for the children. All work must be completed as per SCOPE OF WORKS in Attachment 1. • All necessary groundwork, including levelling, grading, and drainage need to be completed by the builder. The boat and the landing will be retained. • Site will be ready for installation during the pre-school term1-2 Holidays. • The project needs to be completed between 07/04/2026 to 15/04/2026. • Provided a detailed installation plan outlining the sequence of activities, and timelines. • Multiply submissions are acceptable. • Provide options for additional equipment pending any additional budget.
