This Request for Quotation (RFQ) invites responses from qualified suppliers capable of supplying, implementing and supporting a comprehensive point-of-sale (POS) solution across Broken Hill City Council’s venues. The successful Respondent will deliver a robust, scalable POS system that integrates with Council’s existing accounting and payment infrastructure and provides consistent functionality across multiple venue types. Council operates several diverse venues requiring POS capabilities, including (but not limited to): • Broken Hill Civic Centre • Visitor Information Centre • Park & Recreation Reserves • Broken Hill City Art Gallery• Albert Kersten Mining & Minerals Museum• Administration CentreCurrent systems and processes vary by site, resulting in inconsistent user experiences and manual reconciliation. Council seeks a unified POS solution that delivers reliability, efficiency and compliance across all sites, integrates with the Civica Authority accounting system and supports existing Westpac EFTPOS terminals or provides equivalent payment devices.
