Summary and scope
FORWARD PROCUREMENT NOTICE The State of Queensland (acting through the Queensland Police Service (QPS)) is seeking Suppliers for the Provision of Vehicle Fit-Out and Associated Equipment and Services. Suppliers will be invited via a formal Invitation to Offer (ITO) to make an offer on one (1) or more categories and geographical locations across Queensland. The proposed initial SOA term will be five (5) years with the provision of two (2) by one (1) year extension options. The ITO will include design, fabrication, supply, supply and installation, associated professional and support services. The ITO evaluation will focus on the Offeror’s meeting Mandatory Criteria inclusive of Qld Government Procurement Policy objectives, supplier Capability, Capacity and demonstrated experience to address the Technical Requirements, as well as commercial Value for Money attributes. These will be detailed in the ITO suite of documents to be released. The ITO will be issued to the open market via VendorPanel. Suppliers not registered on VendorPanel are encouraged to register their organisations in advance at Vendor Panel (Suppliers).
