Summary and scope

Tamworth Regional Council's (TRC) Civil Construction Division undertake roadworks, drainage, water and sewer construction and maintenance projects within the Tamworth Local Government area. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the supply and of transportable site offices/amenities outfitted for use by construction staff in the field. TRC intends to procure both transportable skid type site offices and towable mobile crib room type facilities. Please see below list of ideal requirements. TRC are interested in exploring potential opportunities and acknowledge that it is unlikely submissions will be able to meet all of the desirables listed below. Submissions that do not meet all of the below requirements but achieve a comparable outcome or will perform similarly to what is required will be considered. TRANSPORTABLE SKID TYPE SITE OFFICE - 6m x 3m - Insulated unit TOWABLE MOBILE CRIB ROOM - Road registered tandem axle site caravan - 3,500kg braked towing - Capacity for 10 occupants - Built in diesel generator ALL OPTIONS - Lunchroom table - Desk - First aid facilities - Kitchenette with sink and bench - Fire extinguisher and fire blanket - Fridge and freezer combination - Continuous hot water unit - Microwave - 240v powerpoints x6 - USB charging outlets - Internal lighting - UHF Radio - Whiteboard - Reverse cycle air conditioning - 3kW solar panels - 10kWh Battery power storage - Filing cabinet/document storage - Emergency eye wash station - Flushing toilet with hand wash facilities The following information is to be provided with the quotation: - Details of the proposed solution including a detailed list of inclusions - Reasoning behind why any requirements were omitted - Basic floorplan of proposed solution(s) - Cost to supply solution, including a breakdown to the extent possible of what each of the inclusions costs - Cost to deliver solution(s) to Tamworth TRC is not bound to accept the lowest, or any quotation.
