Elimbah SS – Access Lift (With Design Responsibility)

Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Access Lift at Elimbah SS, located at School Road, Elimbah QLD 4516, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program. The existing two story, brick and cladding building is located in the centre of the school. The proposed lift will be located at the front of the building. There is limited working space and laydown area. All works are to be completed by April 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 04/12/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
