Summary and scope
Swan Hill Rural City Council (Council) is inviting tenderers to apply for the irrigation upgrade project in Ken Harrison Reserve in Swan Hill VIC 3585. This project aims to replace the current irrigation system with a more reliable, efficient, and sustainable one to support year-round community and sports activities, enhance turf quality, reduce operational costs, and meet the Council’s standards for public facilities. The project is time sensitive considering the seasonality of cricket and other sports activities in the vicinity.The overall project scope comprises of: • Dam expansion/upgradation including fencing• Pump Shed Design, required permits/consents, and Construction• Decommissioning of the old pump shed and existing pump pit (no work on the shed for the Tennis Club)• Supply of Pump System with suitable pumps• Upgradation of the irrigation system for the Cricket Oval• All reinstatement works as applicable for the affected/damaged assetsA site inspection has been scheduled for Thursday 4 December 2025 at 1.30PM (AEDT) at Ken Harrison Reserve, Swan Hill.
