Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking quotations for the supply and installation of a 50,000-litre firefighting water tank system at Lochlees Landfill, 73 Lochlees Road, Emerald QLD.The works include:- Supply and installation of a compliant firefighting-grade water tank- Removal of the existing layflat hose system- Installation of permanent 4-inch PVC pipework to an external boundary fill point- Installation of 4-inch control valves- Construction of a truck fill point suitable for firefighting appliances- Commissioning, testing, and provision of as-constructed documentationDelivery is required onsite at Lochlees Landfill, with works expected to commence following contract award and be completed within the contractor’s proposed timeframe.
