Provision of Cleaning Services for Department of Justice

Summary and scope

The purpose of this procurement process is to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) of Suppliers per Region for the provision of Cleaning Services for the Department of Justice. Upon establishment of the panel, 15 cleaning contracts are expected to be awarded immediately.The Principal is committed to advancing the economic, environmental and social objectives of the Queensland Government, including maximising Queensland suppliers' opportunities to participate in government business, supporting regional and remote economies, and doing business with ethically, environmentally and socially responsible suppliers.The Principal may establish a Panel as a result of this ITO comprising of one or more Suppliers per Region, each of which will enter into an SOA with the Principal to provide the same or similar goods and/or services to Eligible Customers. In addition, the Principal may, during the term of the SOA, appoint other Suppliers to the Panel for any reason, including if the Principal considers that the inclusion of one or more additional Suppliers is necessary or desirable to comply with government policy regarding diversity in supply chains or the achievement of social objectives.The Principal reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion, progressively roll Suppliers off of any Panel established as a result of this SOA ITO process to assist with the management of the Panel size.Please refer to the ITO documents for further information.
