ADVANCED TENDER NOTICE Grounds Maintenance Services (Group 3) – Preferred Supplier Arrangement The City of Moreton Bay (Council) provides prospective tenderers with an advance notice of its intent to invite Tenders to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) for Grounds Maintenance Services. Moreton Bay City Council requires these Services, to support the operational needs of the city. The PSA would consist of a primary provider for each portion to performance of scheduled maintenance in: • Southern Zone 1 • Southern Zone 2 • Rural Roadside • DTMR Roadside The purpose of this Vendor Panel (VP) event is an Advertisement only. There is no need to provide a response to this VP event or register your interest. For clarity a Close Date and Expected Decision Date are only listed due to being mandatory VP fields. TENDER DETAILS Council anticipates the Tender opportunity will be issued by a Request for Tender via VendorPanel in December 2025. Council will not accept any Tender submissions in response to this Advance Tender Notice.
