ABOUT THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: Mildura Rural City Council is calling for expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations to provide a solution for a refresh of the existing audio and video (AV) conferencing equipment in the Deakin Council Chambers.ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.INSPECTION: A site inspection is scheduled for 14.00pm on Wednesday 17 December 2025 and 10.30am on Friday 19 December 2025. Inspections are highly recommended but not mandatory.SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel.Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
