SSROC is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a comparative review of air emissions associated with the specified road pavement technologies, with a focus on potential human health impacts. This review will support SSROC’s Procure Recycled: Paving the Way initiative and inform future sustainable road construction practices across member councils.Note: In the event that a significant number of submissions are received, SSROC reserves the right to implement an initial shortlisting process. This first-round assessment will be conducted at the discretion of the SSROC and the Evaluation Panel to ensure an efficient and equitable review of proposals.
