Summary and scope

Whitsunday Regional Council (Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced electrical services Contractor (Contractor) to undertake upgrade works associated with identified electrical infrastructure asset defects at the Airlie Beach Lagoon Plant Room (ABL) (Works). The Principal has recently had a condition assessment and asset report carried out on the assets at the ABL, by an independent qualified aquatic plant professional, attached as Appendix A – Airlie Beach Lagoon Asset Report October 2025 to Tender Schedule 1 – Scope of Works. This asset report has the full and complete list of required upgrade works to be completed, electrical and mechanical.
