Summary and scope

The Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the redevelopment of Shelley Park Pavilion at 21-49 Shelley Street, Heidelberg Heights 3081.An overview of the Shelley Park Pavilion Redevelopment works includes but is not limited to:• Mobilisation and site establishment.• Set out of works.• Demolition works of the existing building.• Construction of a new building.• Arrange inspections for Building Surveyor (Building Permit to be arranged by BCC prior to works commencing).• All works as per design drawings.• Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with all Council and statutory safety requirements.• Tree protection fencing.• Liaison with authorities as required.• Location and protection of any underground and above-ground services in the works area.• Site clean-up.The contractor is to familiarise themselves with the site, access, extent, complexity and timing of works required and shall consider any additional or incidental works not specifically listed. There will be a site visit on Tuesday 27 January 2026 at 10am and Tuesday 3 February 2026 at 10am for contractors to assess the site conditions.
