The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) is seeking suppliers to provide specialist engineering, general building, and trade consulting services as part of a new Engineering, General Building and Trade Panel. Services include inspections, technical reporting, and expert advice across categories such as roofing, waterproofing, plumbing and drainage, termite management, passive fire, painting, refrigeration and air-conditioning, and multiple engineering disciplines including structural, geotechnical, and building services.The panel will support statewide service delivery and vendors may be required to work across metropolitan, regional, and remote Queensland. Services may be delivered onsite where inspections are required, or remotely when preparing reports that do not require physical attendance.The contract commencement is from 1 July 2026.
