RFQ250276 Safety Shower and Eye Wash Stations Compliance Inspections

Summary and scope

This s RFQ is for the provision of an accredited and competent contractor to perform the annual compliance inspections for Safety Showers and Eye Wash Stations for the Central Highlands Regional Council Water Utilities Department and undertake minor and major rectification works to make the respective installation compliant where it does not meet the standards and regulations. The works will comprise:a. Application for Permit to Work (2) weeks in advance of undertaking works b. Annual Safety Shower and Eye Wash Compliance Inspection in April each year with the option of an additional inspection in October. c. Provide service report, defects report and site photo’s d. Undertake minor repairs or parts replacement while on site e. Provide a quotation to return to site at an alternative time to undertake major defects. If quotation is accepted, complete the rectification works as outlined in the quotation to make the installation compliant with standards and regulations.
