Summary and scope
Contractor assistance to undertake traffic surveys, path user surveys, road attribute data collection, analysis, reporting and publication - as per the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). Methodology to be developed as part of the response to the RFQ. Traffic surveys to be undertaken in March. Traffic data and safety analysis and preliminary reporting to take place in April-May. Final reporting in June. Project to be completed no later than the end of the 2025/26 financial year (30 June). The Contractor will be required to conduct all aspects of field work, including reporting and project management to collect, analyse and present the traffic data. It is expected that the Contractor will specify their intended operational and safety evaluation methods. It is also expected that management of multiple sub-contractors will be required.An Industry Briefing/Q&A session for this RFQ will be held online via TEAMS, to register please email the Customer specified in the RFQ.
