The Construction Phase of the Project will see the Contractor proceed with the approved Detailed Designs as provided in Appendix A of the Tender Package. The Contract comprises four separable portions, as detailed below.Separable Portion 1 – St Pauls PHCC UpgradeSeparable Portion 1 comprises the demolition and replacement of the St Pauls Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) on Moa Island.Separable Portion 2 – Staff Accommodation Building UpgradesSeparable Portion 2 comprises a renovation to the staff accommodation building. Notable scope items include the replacement of roof sheeting, air conditioning units and kitchen joinery. The site is adjacent to the St Pauls PHCC. The scope is shown in the current Architectural Drawings for the St Pauls PHCC.Separable Portion 3 – 3 Bedroom Dwelling UpgradesSeparable Portion 3 comprises a renovation to the 3 Bedroom Dwelling. Notable scope items include the replacement of roof sheeting and air conditioning units. The site is adjacent to the St Pauls PHCC. The scope is shown in the current Architectural Drawings for the St Pauls PHCC.Separable Portion 4 – Kubin PHCCSeparable Portion 4 comprises a renovation to the Kubin PHCC on Moa Island. Notable scope items include enclosing and air conditioning the waiting room, extending the upstairs balcony and integrating art into the PHCC.
