Summary and scope
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the creation of a Prequalified Supplier Panel established and ranked in accordance with evaluation criteria. The panel will be utilised for procurement of bulk quarry, road making, soil yard, landscaping and concrete materials. Suppliers will provide compliant materials on an as-required basis in accordance with Council specifications, pricing schedules, probity requirements and NSW legislation obligations.A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Volume 3 – the Specification of this Tender document.
