Summary and scope
The City seeks to identify and partner with an experienced Delivery Partner through a collaborative Transaction Process to deliver the Design, Build, Finance, Operation and Maintenance (DBFOM) of a large-scale residual Waste to Energy Facility at the Advanced Resource Recovery (ARRC) precinct. The Open EOI is the first phase of a multi-phase Transaction Process. The purpose of the Open EOI is to build market awareness of the project and develop an initial understanding of the market capacity and capability to deliver the required scope of works, with a view to shortlisting Respondents for invitation to the Closed EOI.
