This REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) aims to gather information on Support, Maintenance and Development services for a legacy Patient administration System (PAS) written in PICK BASIC (DataBasic) on Reality. The RFI aims to gather supplier capabilities that can meet or exceed the support currently provided for HBCIS (HOMER), Queensland Health’s legacy PAS. This includes proven experience supporting similar technology, industries, environments, and user volumes, as well as the ability to deliver reliable, timely support.
