Summary and scope

Council is seeking an Alternative Daily Cover (ADC) system using tarpaulins to be used at the Buttonderry Waste Management Facility (WMF) located at 850 Hue Hue Rd, Jilliby. These systems generally use a hydraulic drive motor and engaging system to unwind and rewind tarpaulins from a spool which attaches to the on-site compactor. Buttonderry WMF requires tarpaulins to cover an area of 600m2 on a daily basis. Council would like delivery and implementation of the required equipment as soon as possible, with a guaranteed timeframefor delivery. (ideally by June 30, 2026)Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
